I'm using WinDVR 1.8 and am trying to record and burn to VCD. Nero keeps telling me the files are non compliant. The VCD settings in WinDVR are:
Mpeg 1
352 X 240
Video bitrate 1150 (WinDVR's original VCD settings use 1120)
Audio bitrate 224 kbit/sec Layer II - stereo
Total bitrate 1409
Pack size 2324
Packets per pack 1
Everything looks right to me. If I tell Nero to skip the re-encode, the sound is off and breaks up.
I'm using a KWorld TV Conexant 878A card.
