Hi there,
I've got a more general question: If I encoded the same file with everything being the same (settings, programs, etc) but on two different pc's, would they differ in quality? Of course the encoding time would be different, but could you say afterwards which file was converted with a better machine?
Thanks in advance!

Also, playback on an under-specified PC can suffer, particularly with SVCD and DivX with AC3 sound.
