On my old computer when I was to rip a dvd, it would have in sync and stable sound, and reasonable picture quality. On my new computer (when it will allow me to rip dvd's), the picture is average and sound are very bad quality, as approximately every five seconds, the picture and sound skips a split part of a second, and it does it right to the end of the movie.
I have these video codecs on my machine:
Cinepak Codec (CVID)
DIVX MPEG-4 Video Codec (Fast Motion)
DIVX MPEG-4 Video Codec (Low Motion)
DIVX 5.0 Codec
DVSoft(tm)
Indeo Video 5.10
Indeo Video Video Interactive R4.4 by Intel
Indeo Video Video R3.2 by Intel
iyuv_32.dll
Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V3
msh261
msh263
msrle32.dll
msvidc32.dll
msyuv.dll
NUVision.ax
tsbyuv.dll
Audio Codec are:
imaadp32.acm
msadp32.acm
msg711.acm
msgsm32.ama
tssoft32.acm
msg723.acm
DIVX Audio Codec
Sipro Lab Telecom Audio Codec
Indeo Audio Software
Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec (Pro)
DIVX Audio Compressor
Windows Media Audio
So they are all of the Audio and also all of the video codecs that I have on the computer. So if any body out there knows if any of these codec may be effecting the ripping process, or know what I may need to change to get the picture better please HELP me out.
I have tried making the quality the highest possible in TMPGEnc (which takes a long long time to encode, and this still doesn't fix the problem.
SO PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.
