Does anyone know the necessary steps in order to take a movie bin/cue file and convert it to VCD format, in which, can be burned onto a CD and played in a VCD player or DVD player? I understand that it depends on the manufacturer and type of DVD player if the VCD format will even be played. I really just need to get my cue/bin file to a standard VCD format in which VCD players will recognize. Let me know if anyone can help or knows what encoder/decoder software I'll need to use.
Thanks
