    Ok here is the problem I have burned many vcds before but I just changed hard drives and now when I go to burn a vcd the burner light just keeps flashing even after the program has finished. And when I get the cd out it is still blank (AND NO IT IS NOT IN TEST MODE). I have tried CDRWIN, Nero, and NTI CD Maker all work fine with data but they will not burn a vcd(I have tried 2 different mpg files). What is going on? Thanks

    Have you also recently installed Netscape 6? That was my problem -- trusting anything owned by AOL.

    have you tried updating your aspi layr to 1021
    i had a similar problem and this solved it
    if you dont have it email me and i will send it
    it is only a ew kbs
