I created a VCD from Tmpgenc using Tibro template...
It work great on Sony Portable VCDPlayer (old 97 player)...
Tried burning it with Nero with or without Menu... worked great...
Thge same mpeg file..
Tried burning it with VCDeasy with chapters then use Nero... choppy sound
need HELP!!!
