Burning SVCD Not playing correct

I am trying to burn a few SVCD's and they are not playing correctly. I am not new at this but I have not been around for a long time either.

I download the rar files and unrar the cue/bin files.

SVCD will not burn on fireburner, unless my settings are incorrect.

So I open Nero and I select file>Curn CD Image>Open the cue file>selct write. The movie burnes onto CD.

I play the cd in my DVD-ROM, Choppy, play it in my Apex 1100 Choppy and stops before the end of the movie.

This is only happening on SVCD's. I've tried extracting the MPG from the cue/bin file and using VCD Easy, This does not work either.

I try multiplexing it with TMPGEnc. Does not help.

Anyone have some suggestions? Again it only started happening here recently and it is only with SVCD's liike Harry Potter and 007 and Ash Wednesday. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!!!! TIA
