  1. I have been trying to use the TMPGEnc-2.59 to convert .avi to mpeg. After I choose source, etc...it always give me the same message "cannot load P3P .dll package or cannot load P4P .dll package". I have went to the website, and it says maybe it was the program I used to unzip. I have used WinZip 8.0 and PowerArchiver (both retail versions and updated) and always get the same results. I have sent email to company, however who knows? Pentium 4, 120HD, 512mb ram, Win2k, Sony DVD burner DRU-500A (external)--(EasyCD Creator 5 and RecordNow Max installed) Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Debbie

  2. Go to the folder where the TMPGEnc.exe command is located. You should see both the P3P .dll and P4P .dll packages. Chances are they are missing from the folder.

  3. Hi--I found the folder, the P3P and P4P are there, but I see no way to install them--in fact, there is no set up at all in this download! I have downloaded it three times, no set-up. I double-click on the exe to start the program, but that doesn't work on the P3p, etc. Debbie

  4. If the dll files are in the folder they should load. If your TMPGenc is "freeware" it's possible that there is something wrong with the program or the dll files. Possibly you could get it from another "freeware" site.
