New how to get there in 98. Running xp and can't seem to find it. Anyone.

right click on "my computer" -> manage -> devices -> to the hardware you want to manage

In Windows XP, DMA is not set at the drive menu.
Go to the device manager then go to "Ide ATA/ATAPI Controllers" then you'll see your master IDE bus controler and two IDE channels.
go to advanced settings and for everyone that has "auto detect" grayed out, make sure it says "DMA if avalible."
