I've made 2 SVCD's and the both come out dark when I play them. Did everything according to the "Tenders SVCD Encoding Guide". But the picture is dark. The movie is also being cam-ed in a theater, incase that has anything to do with it. The movie is playable and can be seen, but is dark. What can I do to fix it ??
    Thanks

Is the movie too dark when played on your computer monitor or on your T.V. screen? I've found that video that looks dary on your computer monitor will sometime look o.k. when viewed on your T.V. screen.

I'm sorry. It's dark on the TV. Is it because it's being cam-ed ?

I don't think so. Then -- is it dark on the PC screen ?
You man, are asking without saying enough.
If the original file seems ok, but only the converted mpeg is dark, then look at the settings, for example if you converted by TMPGEnc some of the settings might be changed accidentaly.
    Best wishes,
