    Yes, but on the fly copying from a DVD-r on a DVD rom drive to a DVD burner is not very reliable for many people. As DVD-r's are not encrypted you could just copy the disks contents to your HD and burn from there.

  4. i copy my dvd-rs all the time! thats what i have it for! what good would it to to back this stuff up to dvd-r if i couldnt copy it!
    nero has a dvd-copy function i put it one and tell it to give me 10! turn up the volume and watch tv it tells you when to change it
