I have an SVCD movie that is currently in Bin/Cue format. After burning the movie, it will play in my DVD player, however it "skips" every few seconds or so. I have found it to be a problem with my standalone DVD player (JVC XV-S65) and I need to lower the bitrate to under 2200 in order to stop the movie from jittering. What is the best way to do this if I am starting with a Bin/Cue file?
Thanks in advance for your response!!![]()
