I like to store my anime collection on an external hard-drive and to save space I've more recently been watching and keeping smaller file size episodes such as 84mb as opposed to 339mb for example. With some of my collection I'm attempting to shrink the mkv files myself, but for some reason AVS video converter doesn't convert the audio bitrate to as low as I set it, in fact it increases it and I don't know what the problem is since I have other mkv files with audio bitrates as low as 45kbps. I'd appreciate any help or explanation anyone can give.
