  1. Right! this is what i am trying to do...
I received a dvd with no chapters or menu and it needs to be edited too.
So i ripped the vob files converted them straight to mpeg(without re-encoding the original video file).Next i edited out the stuff i never needed
with tmpgenc and then saved the mpeg movie(plays pefrect in power dvd)
So i am left with an NTSC mpeg with DD 2.0 audio. Now when i try to import this to spruce up.The import bar loads fully, but once finished the mpeg isn't loaded!
Now if i import a mpeg that has mpeg audio,it loads ok.So is the problem now to the DD 2.0 audio track?
Tried other software and it doesn't even allow me to import.
Anyone got any ideas what i am doing wrong?
    Thanks
    Steve

  2. Demux and try to load the demuxed audio and video files. The file names of audio and video should be the same except the extension.

  3. Thanks for the reply.Going over everything again.I now know
my problem. When i edit the movie in tmpgenc and save the edited file
It only saves the movie not the audio. As i say the movie is ntsc with DD 2.0
Any ideas why it only saves the movie and not the audio?
