    I am useing Nero to convert and burn my VCDs. When I play them on my DVD player, there is video but no aduio. Any ideas?

    the movies are avi and mpg. When I view them on my pc everything works. like i said i am useing nero 5.5.0.3 to convert and burn. my writer is a philips pcrw404. media memorex black cd-r.
    i have done this before and everything worked as it should. just lately the past 4 movies ive tried all failed.

    ALL I CAN SUGGEST M8 IS TOO CHECK ALL YOUR SETTINGS WHEN YOU
    ENCODE THE MOVIES , HOW OLD IS YOUR WRITER?...MAYBE IT S ON IT S WAY OUT OR SOMETHING

    You could try converting the files with a different program so nero doesn't have to. Use TMPGEnc
