    I have no problem burning and playing a vcd but:
    I download avi movies with res 352x288 and when i encode it and burn it the quality is not that good playing on a tv. What can i do to make a quality better

    the bitrate is probably low on the avi most <divx> avi's are encoded around 700kb/s
    vcd's aRE 1150Kkb/s this is usually why
