    I canīt get my vcd audio right the audio syncs with 3-4 seconds delay with the picture Now it feels like iīve tried everything please Someone help me before i get nuts!!!!

    what are starting type of file are you starting with? avi, mpeg etc

    I am assuming you are following the guides on how to convert the files. So one thing you could try is using virtual dubb to scan the file for bad frames because bad frames can cause the audio and video to be out of sync.
