Someone tell me how to get the sound out of xvids. I tryed to use tmpegenc but it wasn't syncronised with the movie.
Tell me how!

Did you try to convert the xvid audio to a wav? it often helps cause tmpgenc can't handle compressed vbr audio that well

I'll try it. But I think I converted it to wav. Is it ant program that can easily sync audio with the video?

You can sync using Tmpgenc. In settings double click on source code & then add or remove some silence to sync it up. I've found most need some sound removed generally from -150ms to -400ms. Encode a short segment until the sound looks correct then encode the whole video, & yes convert the audio to wav for better results.
