Help me to buy the best DVD player

Hi,
I need to buy a good DVD player under 200 SD or 250 EUR (in Europe price are higher than US) with these features:
- full compatibility CD CD-R CD-RW (branded and bulk)
- full compatibility DVD-R DVD-RW DVD+R (branded and bulk)
- full compatibility VCD and SVCD (titles, subtitles, etc.)
- good MP3 management (directories and long filenames....)

OSD and full remote control commands.....

I like Sony DVP-NS405 (or 410 ...anyone know the difference???) or Pioneer dv-454 ...but has some problem with DVD-R compatibility... wht you suggest me??

If you want a player for a great price and one that will play anything you stick in it, get a Apex-1100W.....if you can still find a 1100W....if not, the newest model is 1110w and will also play anything.....NOT A Apex-1010, the 1010w will not play vcd but the 1110w will play it all even a mpeg file burnt as a data cd .... hope this helps
