I have taken my ripped VOB files along with the BUP and IFO files (made with smartripper 2.41) and encoded using flask mpeg. I have set up using 'files' in flask, NTSC@29.97,audio@44100,frame size 352x240. I have taken the encoded file, split it with TPMGEnc and then burnt with Nero. When the file is burnt with Nero, I get a message that says video stream not properly encoded MPEG-1. I have tried ignoring it, having Nero 'correct encoding', tried setting flask mpeg to make mpeg-1, VCD....all to no avail. Nothing I have done gets rid of the Nero message and nothing I have created will play on a standalone DVD. What am I doing wrong?
