    I know you can create your own menus with spruce up and dvd Maestro,but i was wondering if you could keep the original dvd menu,but remove some of the buttons i.e. special features,subs etc.. And keep the buttons ... play,chapters.

    So basiclly a stript menu.

    Or what would happen if i keeped the original menu and didnt touch it.??

    on some films, if u extract the subs from the menu file, u get the buttons. but this doesnt work on all.
