frame rate question

ok im trying to make my first dvd,but the movie i have on my hard drive is only at 14985 .i have the program to change it,but when i did that the movie was only 20 minutes long and it fast forward thru the whole thing.is there a way i can change it to 25 or 29 so i can get it on dvd?thanks and hello

im sorry im new,what info do you need,im looking for help not to be yelled at,it was my first post i apologize,the reason i bumped it was because everyones topic was getting answered except mine.could one of you maybe tell me what i need to do or what info to post?i posted a thread in the conversion topic so ill just wait over there for someone to read it

It's not that hard. Think about what info you think that some who might be able to help would want to know...

For example, what exactly you are trying to do. You haven't told use if you are working with AVI, MPEG, etc.

What programs are you using? What have you tried that caused the problem? etc.

You haven't told us anything that could HELP US help you. You've just told use that you have "a problem"... The more specific you are, the more likely someone is able to solve your problem.
