Problem trying to capure with ATI AIW Radeon 7500 AGP(static

Hi Im Dave. recently i got a ati aiw radeon 7500 and i was capturing with it fine from my analog cable, but I just went to digital and now all of a sudden whatever i capture has buzzing in background. i have tried capturing via the Composite Cables and The Coaxial and with composite i get less noise than with coaxial. Also another thing with this card when i plug it into line in in my pc i got horrible static, i had same problem with ATI all in wonder pro pci so i used the mic jack and it worked fine there.

Any ideas that can help me??

Make sure you have the right sound inputs selected in windows. Right click on the volume control, and check advanced --> recording. Input should NOT sound ok on MIC.

I had the same problem but I fixed the distortion by removing USB2.0 PCI card.Remove all PCI cards except sound and install them 1 at a time making a small capture in between til you find the culprit,also do NOT use PCI slot next to AGP port(thay share IRQ resources)
