    Hi everybody,
please help me with next described problem:
I purchased new graphic card ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 2900 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO, and have installed

it to the totally new PC.
Unfortunatelly there are no longer not supported best software ATI Myltimedia Center (ATI MMC).

Officially responded from ATI/AMD, because I have opened trouble tickedt at ATI/AMD. They suggested

me, that use 3rd party software, because nothing software packed with ATI cards, only drivers and

    game demos.
I'm using ATI ViVo cards and VirtualDub for 10 years without any problems until now. This is first

card with many problems. When I start VirtualDub and switch to the the capture mode, then I must

set video standard from NTSC to the PAL (European), it is OK. But when I want change resolution

and color compression settings in capture pin then freeze whole PC and operation system WIndows XP Professional SP2. There is possible hard restart only with reset button (SW restart and CTRL+ALT+DEL is not function). Of course these all in WDM DirectShow mode, because WDM VFW VideoForWindows mode is not function. There is green video vindow only.
I have tried and used these all for many years on old PC PIII-450Mhz/Radeon 9000 Pro Vivo, and older systems in past and all these are working perfectly without problems.
I have tested original Catalyst drivers from ATI install CD and newest drivers from the web, but there are not difference.
    My hardware is:
    CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3GHz
    MB MSI P35 Neo Combo
    RAM Corsair TWIN2X 800MHz DDR2
ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 2900 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO
    Sound Blaster X-Fi
    HDD Seagate 7200.10 series 500GB and WD5000AAKS
PSU Enermax Infiniti 650W (with DXX 6+8 pin power for graphics)

I'm experimented for 3 weeks, but I'm very worry from it. It is not working correctly.
    Please help me. Thank You.

I can't see anything in the specs that says this is a video capture card. I assume since it has crossfire technology that you need to buy a separate HD tuner card.
