  5. This is BS. The website says nothing( every1, the american 1, the japan 1 even the europe1) about this even in the press releases. Dont you think that if they had just invented the world's fastest burner they would make a fuss about it

  6. WHY HAVE YOU HAD A LOOK FOR IT THEN PACMAN???
    Quote Quote
  7. umm... because i am looking to replace my burner duh. I didn't specifically look at the site for that burner. If it makes any difference I also looked at a thousand other manufacturers sites to see their latest products. I do this so I dont go and buy some burner that is already outdated. I like it to be at least a week before that happens.

  8. OH I SEE IS THAT WHY YOU HAVE A SHITTY 6 SPEED BURNER BECAUSE YOU LIKE TO KEEP UP TO DATE....HA HA

  9. BIGTREE2001,
    but seriously man, I'm alittle in to burners and x24 is pretty revolutionary. It usses Z-CLV burning technology (x20 used CLV), Where did you buy the x48. Or where can I read about it?

    @BIGTREE2001

    I honestly do not know what the purpose of your postings are. You come up with total nonsense or abuse. First your postings that your the SVCD King (8 hours of SVCD on a 30MB CD) and now that you have a 48x CD-Writer from Plextor. Plextor and others still haven't reached this barrier and are still working on a 36x ML format writer, due to released next year. Secondly you wouldn't have the media to write such speeds!!

    Your continuous slagging off of other posters is annoying and rude.

  17. I am actually keeping my trusty 6X burner in my old computer. Never failed me too badly. It might even find a place in the new computer I am building.

    I'm also in the market for a new burner that will also let me overburn.

  22. everyone wants these fast 24x burners, well i got news for you people less than half of the cdrs out there let you burn faster than 16x anyway, since they aren't real popular...24x media isn't easy to find anyway, and the guy is full of it with the 48x burner, sure pal you have one...the solution is get dvd-r they're getting cheaper and will be the best bet for people in about a year.

  23. Well, I don't know about 24x media, and i've only bought my nice and if you all recall Cromlech, my "bad" Sanyo 16x10x40, i've burned even media that was only 8x at 16x speed, and i've gotten my hands on 90min CDR which are 20x compatible, and man the prices dropped soo much, i'm dying to get a 24x10x40 (140$!!) but not because of the nice speed, cause I think i'll wait for the 36x ML or even for the DVDR to drop down, who knows, right now i'm satifised

    not a usefull post huh ?
