fake files in p2p networks

i've heard of fake movie files being circulated in kazaa, does anyone know if the new harry potter film (about 650mb) being shared on kazaa at the moment is one such file? my concern is that it is taking me forever to downlod it and it wont let me preview. any views would be appreciated p.s. the user's name i'm getting it from is "kiss"
