How do I capture videos from CBS, other networks

Just like it says in the title. I want to capture the special vids that they have for their programs, extra features, interviews. I just got downloaded the RM Downloader but apparently it's just a trial run as it has "Purchase" in the lower left hand corner. Also I load up the address of the file that I want and it just keeps on telling me to load or drag the file whenever I press start, so I do it, then the process repeats.

Thanks but thats the one I dled and it would just tell me to load a file over and over. It wouldn't record the file.
