    Dear Good friends ,

    I am NEW in capturing , and I have a very good AVI movie of my
    kidds.
    I would like to "save" a picture taken from this movie .
    How do I do so , with what software to use .

    Both Ulead Media Studio Pro and Adobe Premiere allow you to click on a button to save a BMP format 720 x 480 24-bit picture of any given frame of your AVI files. You can find free trials versions of the Ulead MSP software on the web.
