I have a Marantz DVD player, a Philips 890 DVDR and a Sony DV camcorder. It seems that it is not possible to copy DVD to DVD using the DVDR (the Philips machine is too clever !?) so I was thinking if I could copy the DVD to the Sony DV (using S video) and then onto the DVDR using firewire ?
Anyone done this ?
