    i just got a video with only 45 MBs .. and the graphics are kinda fuzzy.. How can i make it more clear?

    You can try some filtering but if the source video is crap then the output is going to be crap.
    If this is a Cam Video copy ....don't waste your time because its probably inferior to a good DVD ripped Divx.

    What resolution is the video? If you've got something amazingly low like 160x100, then it's probably fuzzy because you're zooming in on the video to make it half watchable. If this is the case, nothing can save you.
