    I capped some TV Shows in mpeg2 format w/ PowerVCR II, and it won't open Tmpegenc, it says that it is "unsupported". I use an ATI TV Wonder.

    Any help?

    Hopefully your file is an MPEG2. If you used the ATI proprietary format to capture it ... I can't help you.
