What´s wrong?

I burned a VCD with NERO.....( I used the wizard). I read the Autor of VCDHELP....(many times)
When I try to play on DVD-Player or with Window MP on PC it don´t play....The MP read a lot and sometimes it show an image very bad.....and a sound cut...The DVD read read read and say don´t have a disk....or something like that....
I saw the disk and all files are there as the "Autor" told....
What to do???
