Problem with DVD2SVCD

how exactly do u configure the programs? because i tried using it, the video come out great with subtitle, but the wound has some problem, 3 vcds came out when it's done, after burning it, only the first disc has sound, but it was kind of messed up, it's like when i try play back, clicked in the middle of the movie, the sound was messed up badly, it's find if i just play it without playback, and that's only the 1st disc, the other 2 discs doesn't even have any sound....... so can any one help me???? i can't find any detailed guide on DVD2SVCDs...... maybe it's too easy for guide, but i just can't seem to get it work!!!!
