I have a question about TMGEnc.
I would like to convert a widescreen movie to fullscreen but with borders. When I choose: No margin(keep aspect ratio) there are no borders, at least not when I play the movie in powerDVD, so the picture becomes stretched upwards.
It is possible to choose: center (custom size) but which size can I use then?
Is the problem in powerDVD and it works fine on the regular TV or which format can choose? Really apriciate an answer... :P

In tmpgenc, advanced settings, video arrangement, try " full screen(keep aspect ratio)". I just went through this same problem this last weekend.
Good luck -
I had AR problems with powerdvd too. Every other player seems to do the trick just fine (windvd, radlight and such...) Maybe that will fix your problems.

Thanks!
I think the problem must be powerDVD because neither of my widescreen movies works in this program. This might just be me but the easiest way is probably to install windvd...
