I have the Garlic Jr. saga on DVD and am having troubles making a rip. There are 3 dvd's to this set : Vanquished, Black Water Mist, and Sacred Water. I have made prior rips of dbz episodes, eps 1 - 92, but these are different. If opened on a ripper with multiple angle support, you can find an overall disk angle to pull the correct files (the english language only so it dosnt kinda repeat itself every frame to compensate for the duel languages) but encoding in TMPGenc leaves sync problems. If CCE is used, in conjunction with DVD2SVCD, you have to fist chose the english version which is the shorter of the two long angles available. The problem with this is that after you get into your mpv file (the video encoding) it friezes at some point. The place that it friezes is the same on the particular DVD, but it is a different place on each of the 3 dvd's of the set. On prior saga's, each episode had an angle and one was in english and one was in Japanese. You could select each english episode, rip them, and encode them seperately then burn them on a disk. If anyone has a guide to ripping DBZ dvd's or some advice here, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all those who try to help!![]()
