    Does a Apex AD-1500 have regional code? also, if a DVD has a regional code 1 and you make it into a vcd, does the vcd still have the code?

    Yes the AD1500 has region codes, but its easy to get rid of if you have the flashable version.

    And, No SVCD do not have region codes.
