    I have this problem. Sometime when I burn a video file that is encrypt or have some type of copyright on it. The picture on the TV screen will jump up and down, but if I play the vcd on the computer, than everything is all okay. Could you tell me what i need to do to get pass this problem.

    Is the source VHS? Macrovision? Did you search the forums?

    The source of my file are stuff that i download off the internet.........format is either >.mpg or .dat< not from vhs or dvd
