I am just wondering, if I were to get a dvdr iso with the menus and all, would it be possible for me to play it on my computer without having a dvd burner or dvd player? If so, what programs do I need? Thanks in advance.

You could either use virtual daemon and open the image and it will make a virtual dvd from the image that you should be able to play with powerdvd, windvd or any software dvd player. Or you can extract the VIDEO_TS folder from the image with cdmage, isobuster and play it with powerdvd (select play dvd from harddrive).
