    Just like it says in the title. I want to know if I recorded a dvdr and if I sent it to the UK or Europe, would it play?

    Most uk/european dvd players and tvs support both PAL and NTSC. I guess you will have more problem with dvd-r compatibility, be sure to use good dvd-r media, www.nomorecoasters.com .
