  1. I'm trying to do some quality comparisons between different bitrates, on VCD,XVCD and SVCDs and I want to know what programs that can export fullframe pictures every XX frame from Mpeg1 and 2. VirtualDub wont open mpeg2 files as far as I know so is there another program that can di this??

    Hi

    You can load AVI, Mpeg etc into Animation Shop that comes with PaintShop pro. Then you can copy and paste the frames you want. I have used it to make a sequence for my VCD's it will save AVI etc...

    P.S
    When you load the movie in, it asks how many frames and how often...
