    I use DVD2SVCD to encode with cinema craft encoder, but cannot figure out how to convert a 25fps divx file to 23 or 29 fps ntsc. Can't I do this while it's encoding the mpeg?

    DVD2SVCD uses CCE 2.50? If so you can probably edit the avisynth script to alter the frame rate on the fly. I'm sure someone can chime in with the specifics or you can do a search and find the command yourself.
