This is maybe OT but I just want to get an advice from professional Videographers.
My camcorder's (Sony D8 TRV-315 and TRV 525) microphone is
omni-directional, and picks up many sounds which detract from my videos. I am planning to purchase an Azden WMS-PRO to get better audio for my videos, I suppose. Is this going to work with my cams? My cams have "plug in power" Mic mini input port. Will I get this "humming" sound if I use the Azden mics? I tried to use a normal microphone but I got this "humming" sound on my video.
Any recommendation is very much appreciated.
Thanks.
