I use MJPEG Codec at 15% to capture VHS live shows and was wondering what is the best settings to use in this codec? i have some limited amount of space on my capturing h/d and would like to capture large amounts of video at not so large amounts of file size (h/d size is about 8gb) and i will be encoding them into VCD so i can put them on CDR to get rid of the VHS.
Any help would be good.
Thanks![]()
PS: CPU is about 900mhz with about 256mb of RAM

I would use the highest setting possible for your HD. MJPEG codec seems to give the best results. Use higher settings if possible and a bigger harddrive. 19 is usually very good, and if you are using cce, be sure to do segments of 2GB
