    Hey everyone!!, I'm glad to be back! Have been on Vacation!

    I have a better computer now. but i still need an opinion from everyone, for capturing my screen, which one should I use??

    Processor: 2.4 GHz
    RAM: 1GB
    Video Card: 256MB
    HDD: 200GB
    Windows XP Professional

    ALSO! What format is best? WMV or AVI????

    Check below, or please tell me of other codecs that could work smoothly!! Thanxs!

    AVI is not a codec, it's s wrapper (container).

    The best capture tends to be an uncompressed or lesser-compressed AVI (HuffYUV, MJPEG), or a DVD-ready MPEG-2 format. Not a streaming format or high-compression codec.

    Watch it on a tv? mpeg2.

    I intend to make some videos for viewing on WMP, Quicktime, or etc. and others I intend to make a collage of a few with Windows Movie Maker,

    Is there another program I could use to create movies?? Just Wondering!
