    All I want to do is be able to convert DVDmovies to Divx5 and put the final project onto 2cdr's.

    I want the highest video bitrate. I want to have a 6 channel dolby digital audio track.

    I want to be able to play my project 5 years from now and enjoy near-perfect video quality and hear it all in 6 channel surround.

    Whats the easiest way?

    I've tried GKnot but its too complicated for me to figure out all those tweaks and adjustments.

    It seems like there should be an easier way. If there is, please share...

    I need details because I'm pretty ignorant..
