Cleaner 5 Error (Unflattened)

When i encode these m2v files, it says, error. The error ii Unflattened. Any suggestions to fix this?

I'm not sure if you know the difference between flattened and unflattened files but an unflattened file needs to be flattened in order to be cross platform compatible because the Mac writes data to the video file differently than a PC. It's a simple correction that needs to be made, unfortunately I know of no program that does not do it at 1X.

There are many programs that flatten files, I think BTVPro demo will do it (http://www.bensoftware.com). Otherwise look for an old copy of MovieShop, or if Cleaner will let you just highlight the file in the batch queue and then look on the File... menu for a Flatten Movie... option. I reccomend BTVPro as a capture application by the way.
