Can't get .rar file> cd?

OK, I've searched the forums and the help guides and I have no clue what's going on. I downloaded a .rar file. I extracted it to a folder and it turned into 35 .rar files and an .sfv file. I then, clicked on the first .rar (part01.rar) and it created a .bin/.cue file. I tried in Nero and CDRWIn to burn the image and I get an error out of both.
Now I know the obvious is that there is something wrong with this file but I spent a looooong time downloading it and I just don't want to delete it and try again. Any ideas?

This is actually pretty easy to fix. Follow this guide

I recommend using vcdgear 2.0 it's easy to navigate and all you will have to do is burn the mpeg after it's done.
