My 14-day trial period of TMPGEnc 2.58 just ran out. I downloaded it from somewhere on this site. I tried running the install program again, but it still won't let me use it unless I enter a serial number. I use it primarily to encode to SVCD.
Does anyone know where I could download a free versioin of TMPGEnc 2.58 to encode to SVCD?
Thanks![]()

The price for this program is very cheap for what it can do for ya. Just buy it.

Isn't there a rule against asking for warez?? I think I read that somewhere.
Warning! I'm baaaaaaaaack -
TedHayden I would guess you expect to get paid for doing a job. The software authors are no different. Pay the $48. It is a bargain.

Smartripper, DVD2AVI, VCDEasy, and Nero are all free, and I was wondering if there was a free version of TMPGenc, since I think that most people, if given a choice between free and $48, would choose the free version.
But seeing how there doesn't seem to be, I guess $48 is not such a bad price to pay, as long as this version doesn't become obsolete too soon. -

It appears it is included in EazyVCD http://www.eazyvcd.tk/ - see other thread http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=117452
