hello,
I have a video capture card in my computer with a video in. I go "video out" from my camcorder to the "video in" on my capture card. With a 6 minute video, I usually drop 60 frames. Is this due to slow computer?
Also, what Frames Per second should I be using?
I've been using Sonic Vegas Studio software. It makes nice videos, but they are huge. So I've been converting them to MPEG using a "AVI to VCD" tool. Is this a good way to do this?
