Vdub (frameserve) -> CCE -> Nero. A "no go" situation

I'm frameserving to CCE and output it in mpg format.

When i try to burn it in nero it says:

"The following problems were found:
-stream encoding which is invalid for a (super) Video CD
-invalid video stream 23.976 frames/second, 640x372 pixels"

Where can i control this?!?!?
